The course is an intense, challenging, yet fun experience. The school day begins at 9:00 am. During the first sessions of the day grammar and theory are taught and discussed. Trainees have teaching practice between the hours of 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

It is definitely a good idea for you to bring your laptop as it will be a useful tool for your daily work.

Yes! In fact, we recommend you have things sent to you at the school address rather than your apartment, since the reliability of the Spanish Postal System can be sporadic sometimes.

Our accommodations are available from the Sunday before the first day of the course to the Friday after the last day of the course. Our pick-up service is only on the Sunday before the first day of the course, so make your travel plans accordingly.

The accommodation is in 3 or 4 bedroom apartments. You will share the rooms (single rooms also available), with two other trainees as flatmates. The flats are comfortable and comfortably furnished. The kitchens are equipped with basic cooking utensils, stoves, refrigerators and washing machines. Blankets and sheets are provided, but bath towels are not. The flats are equipped with air conditioning and heating, like most homes in southern Spain. In winter, it is actually often much colder inside the houses than out. Please bring appropriate clothes for cold or hot weather and especially for night time. Each location is well-equipped with grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and shops. They are well-connected with the city centre, with several direct bus lines to the main city square. City buses are commonly used by everyone in the city. They are safe, affordable and easy to use.

Our practice students are adults of all ages and professions who are real ESL learners. They usually stay on from course to course and form good relationships with TEFL trainees and staff.

On average we have about fifteen students enrolled in each program, most of whom are American or British. We welcome students of all nationalities who have a very high level of English.

The course is held in our language schools ( located in the very centre of Madrid, Seville and Valencia. Along the nearby streets are a variety of cafés, restaurants, banks, services and internet cafés.

Course Director: manages the administrative and academic side of the course including financial aspects along with student correspondence and arrivals; teaches grammar inputs. TEFL Course Coordinator: coordinates students and course materials. Teacher Trainer: teaches phonology along with numerous teaching techniques, coordinates teaching practice for TEFL students.

You can pay by several different ways including credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (which must be arranged with your bank before you leave home). If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at to request our bank information. For those of you who prefer paying with cash, please have it prepared upon arrival. Late fees of 25€ per day may be added on if payment is not made. Please note that if you choose to pay by transfer you must add the transfer fees to the tuition balance.
